Constantine and Keanu

Keanu Reeves has finally tried to do a movie that was non-Matrix related. Hey, who can blame him. It has been a great run although the sequels didn't do as great as the original. I think it was overkill. Constantine is a Satan-laced Death movie. It is the classic struggle type of movie. It seems done before and actually has been. For that matter, it will be done again.

It had a respectable #2 showing at the box office. Keanu vs. Will Smith and Will Smith won. $31.8 million vs. $30.5 million.

Keanu has had plenty going on. He was playing in a band called Becky. For those who love the buzz type of stuff, Becky is Rebecca Lord who was a staple on MTV's Real World Seattle. It feels like a Kevin Bacon kind of thing. Becky, has gotten too serious about their success so Keanu has had to bow out of the group for lack of time. Before that, he had a band called Dogstar.
